UNDER THE SEA – OCEANSCAPES Photography Collection Brightens up Bleecker Street with Aqua-Sensuous Underwater Fine Art Photography

sDesigner Sunni Spencer and OCEANSCAPE’s Founder Kristin Hettermann worked together to develop an exclusive collection that highlights moments from the world’s seas with pieces capturing aqua-sensuous moments in Hawaii, French Polynesia, the Mediterranean, Indonesia and the Caribbean. 

Feel like you are at the beach – every day! Referred to as the Bergdorf Goodman of beach chic, the Sunni Spencer "Après Sea" Boutique is a curated lifestyle concept shop that infuses Home Decor & Furnishings with Ready-to-Wear and Accessories. A former Senior Buyer for Bergdorf Goodman, Sunni is a brand architect with 21 years of fashion industry experience and impact. Her curation at 371 Bleecker Street in the West Village is a breath of fresh “salt” air for one of Manhattan’s most unique and creative shopping neighborhoods. 

 Heirloom, museum-quality pieces, the archival collection is laser exposed, continuous tone print on 100-year Kodak Endura Metallic paper, encapsulated with gallery grade acrylic and UV filters. Pieces are sized between 14 by 14 up to 30 by 40.  

Kristin Hettermann is an ocean conservationist and underwater photographer that uses the camera and storytelling as tools to tap into emotions and elicit deeper feelings about her favorite part of planet earth, the ocean. Her artivism platform, OCEANSCAPES, is modeled to combine science and activism with art and design, and her favorite moments are in the field with scientists and naturalists exploring natural environments and capturing images that accompany their stories. Her mission is to inspire you to feel the ocean.
